Stuff people ask me
1) How did you learn to do this?
In 2016 I did a 26 day water only fast. Nothing but water and rest and sunshine and patience for 26 days. I had developed a meditation practice before this, been on a 10 day silent meditation retreat and explored other well being modalities and philosophy, but after this fast everything changed.
Within a short period of returning home, I began to see new levels of detail in my own and other people's internal states. I didn't really understand what was happening at the time, or that I would eventually offer this insight as support, but I knew I was able to access new levels of depth and truth about the people around me and the Universe as a whole.
Over the following 6 years I developed this into the applicable practice I do now and built this website in 2023 after feeling confident enough in the maturity of my abilities to offer it beyond existing relationships to the wider world.
2) How is this different to therapy?
There is no formal structure here beyond the exploration of internal state via awareness. I don't follow a definitive process or science, I listen to and attend directly to the sources internally that makeup a persons reality from within their body. Sometimes verbal conversation is brief and distinct and doesn't require me to hear the person I'm working with to speak to me, sometimes the vibration and information within the body is clear enough that it requires no verbal communication. This work is about going directly to the structural balance of energy and pain within the body and seeing it for what it is without any preconceived idea of what is true or any stories that feel true.
3) What experience do you have?
Two 10 day meditation retreats in the tradition of Vipassana.
At least 10 water only fasts of 14 days or more.
A sustained near death experience through illness and 24/7 agony of over 8 months.
12 years of meditation practice.
Doing this energy work with at least 10 other people over the last 7 plus years.
I have no formal qualifications in this area.
I do have a valid DBS certificate and am happy to work with children as and when it is relevant.
4) Do you offer this online/over the phone?
In short, Yes. I work with multiple people overseas via video and phone calls.
However, for some people it just simply isn't worthwhile. The nature of their internal state requires an in the room presence and interaction that can't be mimicked online or over the phone.
For some, it is actually a more common way I work with them and can also offer an advantage in nature of the distance and feeling of safety or 'one's own space' during a call.
Essentially yes, but it is dependent on the specific person.
