How it works
Laying the Foundations
Every moment of our lives we are expressing our internal state outwardly.
Most people are aware of how others are, in one way or another, without the need for verbal communication.
We can sense happiness, sadness, terror, bliss, excitement through multiple senses.
It is through our awareness that we discover ourselves and others.
Some people can sense others' internal states on the surface, others can sense it more deeply. This can change day to day and from person to person. If there is pre-existing trust, vulnerability and knowing of one another in the relationship, then this is often easier.
I simply move deeply and totally into the experience of the person I am working with, not in a way that I lose the sense of my own experience, but in a way where I simply see fine detail in them.
When someone is truly ready for change, their mind and body become more open, their willingness increases to try different means of facilitating change, their nervous system becomes more available to support. It is through this willingness to truly evolve that I am able to receive things like: emotional quality of underlying pain, the energetic potential of the person, historical events that have resulted in their current state, habits that have formed in an attempt to protect themselves, ideas and beliefs that slow or prevent the free movement of energy in the body, and in some cases into the past lives that person has experienced as well.
Through offering these readings we discover truth using vibrational sensitivity, or in other words, 'resonance'.
When something is unequivocally true for ourselves on an internal level, we experience knowing this through the vibration of that which resonates with this internal truth.
We talk about vibration often: 'This resonates with me, not feeling the vibe, dissonant interactions, clashes of character, undertones of conversations, being on the same wavelength' etc.
The truth is, this exists on a physical real level that has a meaningful and pragmatic application to real change.
In relationship to the work I do, the following summary of this phenomena is useful...

The Summary

-
Reality is composed of opposing forces: Time/Presence, Space/Object, Birth/Death, Light/Dark, Energy/Pain, Form/Formlessness, Awareness/Unconsciousness
-
These forces manifest themselves in our bodies
-
Energy is a formless expression of awareness that animates the body
-
The amount and density of form in the body impacts the way energy moves through the body
-
It is the meeting of energy and form that creates vibration
-
When this is just functional form, such as bones, muscle, brain tissue etc, then vibration is generally at a high frequency
-
When form manifests itself in the body as Pain, this is when vibration lowers, we get sick, we get triggered, we struggle to be present, we become confused, we drag others into it, we feel less at peace, we find it harder to concentrate, we feel low energy, we overthink, we overcomplicate, we generally have a less fun time
-
This pain can be physical, emotional or mental, all of which of course are connected.
-
My job is to discover where pain is present in the body, what the nature of it is, and support you to work through it and release it
-
If you can do this, your vibration will rise and your access to a more peaceful, alive, joyous, unconfused, clear, fun and contributive life becomes possible
Doing it
In practice, this translates as me exploring around the mind and body with my hands and eyes, often without need to touch the skin, and then testing truth resonance of what is happening through the combination of my awareness and the awareness of the person I am working with, which sometimes I do with many words, and sometimes with very few.
Sometimes things are very loud internally and the readings can be very brief, sometimes it can take longer to explore and understand what's happening.
Everyone I work with requires different regularity and qualities of interaction, and I work collaboratively with all clients to decide what works best for them.
Essentially it is about both of us turning up with a shared intention to move towards a freer, clearer, more vibrant existence, and opening ourselves up to all the possible ways that can be achieved.
Once we understand the true nature of the pain, the solutions often become self evident.
The only requirement for change then becomes the work that you do to support it, with me as your primary cheerleader.
If the above resonates with you, I would honestly love to hear from you.
Sound,
Kjaer
